Membership grants the member unlimited travel on presentation of the membership card on the Horse Tram (except for private functions and special events)

Membership is non-refundable 

Memberships are valid up to the date of expiry 

Proof of concession must be provided at the time of application 

With each Adult membership, two children (13 years and below) can travel free of charge 

For safety reasons, a child must be accompanied by a paying adult when travelling on the Horse Tram

Children must be supervised at all times

The Horse Tram has the authority to close the service at any time for reasons of severe weather conditions, repairs and maintenance, or for any reason as determined by the Horse Tram staff in the interest of safety for customers and the horses, and will not be responsible for any loss or expenses incurred by a guest as the result of a closure
